We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible, including photos, materials, sizes, and care instructions. However, due to the unique nature of vintage or handmade items, slight variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are processed once full payment has been received via secure online payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

• By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is true and accurate, including billing and shipping details.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g., due to fraud risk, incorrect pricing, or unavailability).

• Prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable New York State sales tax.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within the United States only.

• Orders are processed within [2–4 business days], with delivery times depending on the shipping option selected.

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

• Once shipped, LitaLin is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for claims or tracking.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer the following policy:

Returns:

• Accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery for unused, unworn items with original tags and packaging.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

Exchanges:

• If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us to confirm availability before sending it back.

Final Sale Items:

• The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Custom bundles or personalized products

  • Seasonal items (e.g., holiday collections)

6. Gift Packaging & Special Requests

We offer optional gift wrapping and custom bundles for special occasions such as baby showers, gender reveals, and birthdays. Additional charges may apply. Please allow additional processing time for these services.

Any discounts or promotions must be used within their stated validity period and may not be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to cancel any promotion at our discretion.

Your sole remedy is to stop using our services and return the product according to our return policy.
